FAQ

Are your pieces dishwasher or microwave safe?
Most pieces are technically dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand-washing is always recommended to extend their life, for hand-painted work.

Do your planters have drainage holes?
Some do, some don’t. Please check each product description. Pieces without drainage work well as cover pots or for propagation.

Can I use these pieces for food?
Yes, all food-related items are made with food-safe materials, glazes, and fired to high temperature.

Where do you ship from?
Toronto, Canada.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're in Toronto, you can select free local pickup at checkout. We are located at Juntion, Toronto. I’ll follow up with pickup details via email.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I ship within Canada and to the U.S. If you're somewhere else, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

What kind of packaging do you use?
I try to be as sustainable as possible. Orders are packed using recyclable, compostable, or reused materials whenever I can, including secondhand boxes, paper, and padding. It might not always look perfect, but it helps keep waste down and your ceramics safe.

What if my item arrives broken?
Noooo! I'm so sorry! I'm trying my best to pack everything carefully, but in the rare case something arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours upon arrival with a photo. I'll gladly file a claim with the shippung service and make you a brand new item, or a store credit, whichever you want. Please understand that the new item you  received can't be exaclty replicated 100%

Can I return or exchange my piece?
All sales are final since each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. That said, if something isn’t right, feel free to reach out and we’ll chat.

Do you take custom orders?
Please email me about any custom orders. This will be case to case scenarios.

Are all pieces will look like the produt photo?
Nope,  and that’s part of the charm. Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, each piece may have slight variations in shape, size, glaze, or brushwork. Every item is unique, even in a series.
